These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern participation in the #WearYourGoals Community Giveaway (the "Giveaway") organized by BURGA ("we," "us," "our"). By participating, you ("Participant") agree to these T&Cs.
The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of BURGA, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the Giveaway are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaway begins on December 11th, 2024, at 12:00 AM (GMT+2) and ends on January 6th, 2025, at 11:59 PM GMT+2).
To participate in the Giveaway:

By submitting your entry, you confirm that:
The story, image(s), and/or video(s) are your original work.
You have the right to grant BURGA permission to use the content on social media and website.
Each entry must meet the above criteria to qualify.
Ten (10) winners will be selected by BURGA based on creativity and alignment with the Giveaway theme.
Each winner will receive a $250 BURGA Gift Voucher (hereinafter - Prize), redeemable on our website. The voucher will be valid till March 30th, 2025
Winners will be notified via email or phone by January 15th, 2025.
By submitting your entry:
You grant BURGA a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, use part of it, modify and display your submitted content (story, image(s), and/or video(s)) on our social media channels, website, and other promotional materials on our sole discretion.
We will collect stories, photos, and videos and reserve the right to freely use them on social media and our website, including both the materials and the story itself for an indefinite period of time.
You confirm that the content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.
You confirm that the email address, phone number You provide are correct and valid.
All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and without warranty from BURGA of any kind, express or implied.
The Prize will be awarded if properly claimed. No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of the right to receive any Prize or Prize component is permitted except at the discretion of BURGA.
BURGA reserves the right to substitute a Prize or Prize component of equal or greater value.
The Prize consists only of the items expressly specified in these Terms and Conditions.
All expenses or costs associated with the acceptance or use of any Prize or any component thereof that are not expressly specified in these Terms and Conditions as being part of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Use this information solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway.
Contact you regarding your participation, if you are selected as a winner, or for any related purposes.
Any personal information collected from Participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will be handled in accordance with BURGA's Privacy Policy.
BURGA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if unforeseen circumstances occur, including technical issues or fraud.
Participants who fail to comply with these T&Cs or provide false information will be disqualified immediately.
BURGA's decisions regarding the selection of winners and the interpretation of these T&Cs are final.
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Lithuania, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lithuania
